Service Description

Onsite time and materials repair allows the customer to obtain repairs on your barcode printer equipment when it breaks down, becomes damaged or simply is not working properly. Customers are charged hourly labor rates for repairs done on site, plus any parts needed with the repair. Depending upon your location we offer a variety of onsite service options and response times so you can select the service option that best suits your business including: • Same Day (within 4-6 hours) • Next Business Day (within 24 hours) • Standard (within 24-48 hours)
